Today I started a blog!  It was on a complete whim but I feel like I need a good kick in the pants to keep going with my weight loss journey.  I'm really trying to do this to stay accountable to myself.  I find that when I document/log things I tend to be more focused.  If you would like to read along with me, great!  I welcome your friendly comments and feedback as well.


This week's fitness schedule:
Monday - YMCA for light cardio and arms
Tuesday - Zumba
Wednesday - Zumba
Thursday - Zumba
Friday - YMCA for light cardio and arms
Saturday - cardio plus hot tub (!)
Sunday - off enjoying Easter with the family

I will be posting my weekly menu on tomorrow's blog but will start trying to post it on Sunday also.
